A force-centric embodied AI brain and toolchain
An embodied AI company founded in Shanghai in late 2023, co-founded by Flexiv founder Wang Shiquan and Shanghai Jiao Tong University professor Lu Cewu, among others. Built around a force-centric foundation model, it offers the Noematrix Brain, the AnySkill skill library, the CoMiner data-collection kit and a Toolchain covering collection through training and deployment. It targets logistics sorting, home services, food processing, pharmacy, hospitality and retail. A round led by Alibaba in October 2025 reportedly took total funding past RMB 1 billion.

APIs are open at every layer, and it can ship with Noematrix's standard hardware for out-of-the-box deployment.

At the AWE2025 appliance fair in Shanghai, Noematrix showed a robot that identifies clothes, loads the washer and removes dried laundry without human hands. The appliance partner was not named.
Announcing its Series A investment on February 10, 2026, C Capital said Noematrix's integrated hardware-software systems run in smart pharmacy, hospitality and retail. Customers and unit counts were not disclosed.
At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Noematrix reportedly showed Brain 2.0 in a skewer station that adjusts piercing force to avoid damaging food, multi-robot home tidying and laundry, and an ice-cream shop where one robot opens the freezer, scoops, serves and cleans tools.
